この近辺は月に何度か買い物に行くのだけど、リンク元の記事にあるジョイフル本田か、或いは入間まで行って三井アウトレットパークに寄るのがメインで、ザ・モールみずほ16やイオンモールは行ったことが無かった。
次のテナント希望が入れば別ですが、ぶっちゃけこのザ・モールみずほ16、賑わっているとは言いにくい客の入り。というかここらの地域一体は全国でも有数の巨大ショッピングセンター過密地域でありまして、元々数km南のジョイフル本田と主に戦っていたところに後発でもうちょい東にイオンモールがやってきて今はそっちに完全に持っていかれている状況。つうことでこっちには新たなテナントも入る予定もないまま今に至るという感じで。
CD不況とかどうこうだけでなく、小売業の生き馬の目を抜くあれやこれやの中でこんな悲しい姿を晒し続けているわけです。
